Novy1 Paul Logan's California alert helped me to catch San Francisco on 31.14

When seeing his alert I started recording the 31 MHz range, because 33.42
Washington wasn't audible and not much traffic above 32 MHz.
The foF2 map showed a large difference from here to Ireland, thus I chose the
lower frequency.
31.14 was very distorted, and only the PL-tone made it clear, thanks to
Okie Sam's log

All afternoon a few WFM STLs on 35.9 - 36.hovered around the noise threshold
with a few peaks, The Brasilian was very wideband making it harder to
understand

This afternoon the Indian radar also came in again first time this year
